How we handle data
Two different things happen here and they are worth separating: what the website collects from a visitor, and what the assessment platform holds about employees. They are not the same system, and the second holds far less than people expect.
Assessment results are not tied to names
The assessment is anonymised by design, not by policy.
The client receives a list of codes from NeuroFrame. The client distributes those codes among employees inside their own perimeter. Results come back attached to codes, not to people. Who stands behind each code is known only to the client.
The consequence is straightforward: NeuroFrame does not collect and does not store personal data of the client's employees. There is no name, no email, no job title and no department on our side — only a code and eight numbers.
This describes how the system is built. It is not a legal opinion about your particular situation: if you need confirmation that a specific process satisfies a specific law, that is a question for your legal team together with ours.
What results are not used for
An assessment result describes how a person’s measured behaviour lines up with what a specific role requires at a specific stage of a company’s life. That is the whole of what it says, and it sets the boundary of what it may be used for.
We do not supply results as grounds for dismissal, demotion or disciplinary action, and we do not license them for that purpose. A result is not a verdict on a person, and a gap against a requirement is a design question — about the role, the support around it or the sequence of steps — not a finding about someone’s worth.
Nor is a result a diagnosis. It carries no clinical meaning, no inference about health and no label attached to a human being. Where our own documentation once described a capability in clinical language, that was an error of wording on our part, and it has been corrected.
The ranges are a reference point, not a filter: a gap on one or two parameters is something to explore at interview, not grounds for rejection. Any provider — including us — who tells you a measurement guarantees an outcome is selling something other than measurement.
What the website collects
The site itself collects far less than a typical B2B site.
There are no advertising trackers, no remarketing pixels, no social widgets that phone home, and no third-party scripts beyond the ones named below. Nothing on the public pages requires an account, and the role-fit calculator works without one: the scores you type into it are processed in your browser and never sent to us.
The contact form sends what you type into it. That is the only place on the site where you deliberately give us your details.
Which cookies are set
Two categories, and one of them is optional.
Strictly necessary: the site remembers your theme (light or dark) and your language. These live in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies, never leave your device, and the site cannot work sensibly without them.
Analytics — optional, and off until you agree. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets its cookies to count visits and see which pages are actually read. Until you accept, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied and no analytics cookie is written. Advertising storage stays denied in both cases, because no advertising campaigns are run.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser — the banner will ask again.
How long things are kept
Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings and is aggregated: it describes traffic, not individuals.
Assessment results are held against codes for the duration of the client agreement and are deleted on request. Because there are no names on our side, a deletion request is executed in two moves: the client removes the code mapping in their own perimeter, and we delete the code together with its results.
Questions and requests
Write to [email protected]. Requests about data — access, correction, deletion — are handled at that address.
If you are a client and the request concerns a specific employee, note that we cannot identify that employee ourselves: the code mapping lives with you.
This page describes how the product actually works and is written from our own methodology documentation. It is a factual description, not a legal instrument: before it is relied upon in a contract or an audit it needs review and sign-off by qualified counsel in each jurisdiction where NeuroFrame operates.
